"Breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness  which unites your body to your thoughts." The lungs are an essential organ to all mammals. Students of Grade 5, Presidium created a model of the lungs using materials like a transparent plastic bottle, a straw, an elastic band, scissors, and two balloons, etc. They explored the function of the lungs in our bodies. They experienced that as the knotted balloon was pulled, it created more space inside the bottle. The collaborative activity was presented in the Online Science module. This activity helped students strengthen their understanding of one of the vital organs of the human body.
