'Freedom in the mind, Faith in the words, Pride in our souls'
Commemorating the nation's Independence from British rule, Presidium celebrated 74th Independence Day, but with a slight twist. In today's challenging times, India has found new heroes, who have been on the fore-front in this war against corona. It is only apt that Nation's Corona Warriors be the center of attention this year for their noble service in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic. The virtual assembly began with the National Flag unfurling live from school, and the National Anthem echoed in the air. Our talented students did not lag behind in paying homage to corona warriors through a soulful rendition of the song "Teri Mitti." They gave a tribute to our freedom fighters, heart-touching poems, and a skit "Bharat Ke Swatantrata Sainani." Patriotic dances glorifying our nation added colour to the celebration and turned the atmosphere festive. Dignitaries from the school leadership graced the occasion with their virtual presence.
