ENGINEER'S DAY: PRESIDIANS HONOUR THE CHORES OF ENGINEERS

Engineering is not merely knowing and being knowledgeable; engineering is not merely
analysis; engineering is not merely the possession of the capacity to get elegant solutions to non existing engineering problems; in fact it is practicing the art of the organized forcing of
technological change. Engineers Day is one of the most significant events that is celebrated to dedicate to all the engineers who changed the whole world with their great ideas and innovations. The day is celebrated to salute the contribution of the engineers towards society.
The students of Grades 1 to 5 from Presidium Kalyan Vihar celebrated Engineers Day as a remarkable tribute to the greatest Indian Engineer Bharat Ratna Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya.
The assembly started with a prayer song sung by a group of children followed by a speech
on “Role of Engineers in developing India”. Children showcased a skit on the stage where they
discussed about the values of engineering and how world cultivated under new innovations
carried by engineers.
